Lunch break yoga
This semester, our break yoga will take place during the lunch break, for the breaks in between, so that you can start the rest of the day refreshed.
When?
Tuesdays from 11:30 - 12:15
You can join us all the time or just pick out individual dates.
Where?
The whole thing takes place in the entrance area of the library, in room BI 1.111.
Do I have to register?
No! You can simply take part in the programme without registering and free of charge. If you would like to take part for the entire examination period, please register to secure a free place.
Who can take part?
The course is for anyone interested in yoga - so you don't need to have any experience to take part. Even people who have been practising for a while will get their money's worth. The aim of the session is to take a break from everyday life and then start the day feeling relaxed and energised.
Do I need sportswear?
The exercises are all designed so that you can do them in everyday clothes and are "only" designed to activate you and not to make you sweat! So you don't need to bring extra sports clothes or even shower afterwards!
If you have a towel with you, you are welcome to do the exercises on it - but we will also provide some yoga mats.
