The network for newly appointed professors is open for professors and junior professors in the first two to three years of their professorship at Paderborn University. The aim of the network is to facilitate cross-faculty networking and a regular exchange of experiences between colleagues. In addition, specific topics are offered at the network events according to the needs of the professors (e.g. on leadership).

The network is organised by Staff Development and moderated in cooperation with external consultants. There are 1-2 network meetings lasting 2-3 hours per semester.
