Notice
- The DSH program at the University of Paderborn is being discontinued. Therefore, it is no longer possible to apply for the DSH course.
Enrollment for the DSH Course in January 2026
- Applicants with a valid admission for October 2025 who cannot participate in the course starting in October have the opportunity to enroll in the DSH course in January 2026 without submitting a formal deferral request.
- The online enrollment for the January 2026 course will take place via email during the following period: November 10, 2025 to December 5, 2025

Applications for the DSH-Course
We are currently not accepting applications for the DSH course.
Paderborn University is currently reallocating its resources in German language support towards the area of study-accompanying language courses. Applications for future DSH courses are not possible until further notice.
Enrollment for October 2025 Course
- All DSH participants who have been accepted for the October 2025 course can enroll. A timely enrollment is required from August 11th to September 5th, 2025.
- An early or late enrollment is not possible.

Deadline for Deferring Admission from April 2025 to October 2025
- If you are unable to attend the April or July course, you have the option to defer your admission to October 2025. This deferral must be communicated to us via email no later than May 31, 2025. Detailed information can be found at the following link.
